Hard to understand why they change a expensive monthly membership, but are unable to offer a reliable app. Im constantly getting logged out and when i try to log back in keep getting an API error. Either need to offer at a cheaper price or use the membership money of reliable software because they are obviously not putting the profits back into the app.

My name is massimo I have payed for premium account 3 times and 3 times my account get deleted and I had to redo the whole profile, plus the app it's really slow. I'm asking a refund. Unfortunately I don't have any receipts

Hello I've got a google history which refers to me accessing red hot pie messenger for 2nd November 2023. I deleted my account so I fins this odd, I haven't checked messenger or had any access to red hot pie messenger or an active account. Billing issues with uncontactable help team . Lot of fake profiles in this adult sites You can waste valuable time and money pursuing these fake profiles and go no where. You are better off looking elsewhere for what you are looking for. God knows that I should have, I spends 100 of Dollars in membership

Charging me and no way to cancel it take my card off your damn billing history sick of seeing it come out and no way to cancel the quarterly fee that comes out REGULARLY might I add. $38.75 total *** for something I don't ever use. Love to know how you scammed that considering my card number isn't linked to any email I own when I try to cancel it via email and card number AngryWtfAngryWtfAngry Card number added in privacy section REMOVE MY CARD FROM THE SUBSCRIPTION LIST !!!

ACCC takes Redhotpie owners to court - Redhotpie, online dating If you've been receiving more attention than usual on adult dating sites of late, be warned "” that potential special someone may not be who you think they are. The ACCC has cottoned on to this and is now taking the operator of the redhotpie.com.au, Jetplace, to the Federal Court, alleging the company engaged in misleading conduct. Specifically, the ACCC is alleging Jetplace created and published fictional profiles on its website and used them to send 'flirt' and other messages to registered users. According to the ACCC, Jetplace mislead users by representing that each and every profile was created by a person who came to the site and registered, and that any profile identified in a search conducted by a member would be member-created, when it was not the case. Additional alleged conduct includes representing that every profile viewable on the website and every message received from a profile provided an opportunity for a member to socialise with, and potentially meet, the member who created the profile or caused the message to be sent, when it was not the case. The ACCC is alleging that the directors of Jetplace, Mark Semaan and Maxwell James McGuire, were knowingly concerned in, and party to the contravening conduct. It is seeking declarations, injunctions, orders and costs. The site's owners bill Redhotpie as "a sexy little internet site that grew from humble beginnings to become Australia's sexiest online dating community for guys, girls and couples". The site's media pack reads" "RedHotPie is about flaunting convention; the norms are smashed and daring is embraced. The Pie offices are perched squarely on the cutting edge and the door is always open to their beloved members; but let's fire up the Delorean and head back to the start."
